Raspberry Maple Popsicle

This ice cream alone can be enough to make a delicious dessert. A fruity, delicious and refreshing recipe, easy to make, with only 4 ingredients, organic and seasonal for every homemade ice cream lover.

Recipe for 10 Popsicles


  • 350g organic raspberries

  • 250ml plant-based milk

  • 2 à 3 CAS happy maple, goût délicat

  • 2 CAS white almond puree

  • Optional: frozen raspberries to garnish


  1. Pour the milk, maple syrup, almond puree and raspberries in a blender and blend to obtain a smooth and creamy mixture.

  2. Pour the mixture into the ice cream molds and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.

  3. Take out of the freezer, decorate with frozen raspberries and insert the ice cream sticks one by one.

  4. Put back in the freezer for 4h to 6h.

  5. To unmold, run the mold in lukewarm water for a few seconds then gently pull out the stick.
