Gin Maple Sour

A sweet twist on the traditional whiskey sour, this Gin Maple Sour recipe gives a nice apéro idea for any afterwork evening. It is naturally sweetened with maple syrup and tastes amazing.


  • 50ml Gin

  • 20ml fresh squeezed orange juice

  • 10ml happy maple, goût délicat

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • Tonic water


  1. Mix the Gin and orange juice

  2. Add maple syrup and salt

  3. Transfer to a glass, add ice cubes and tonic water

  4. Mix everything together and enjoy!
