Ingredients
2 Tsp coconut oil
4 Tsp coconut spread
1 Tsp nut butter of your choice (we used almond butter)
4 Tsp Happy Maple, goût Délicat
Some vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Preparation
Mix all together and let melt in a bowl over boiling water.
Stir well until all ingredients are combined.
Let cool down for 3-4 hours in the fridge.
Form little balls and press a whole almond inside of each. One ball should correspond to a good teaspoon of your dough.
Makes about 10 pralinés.
Roll the pralinés in coconut flakes.
