This vegan banana chocolate bread, naturally sweetened with happy maple is a perfect sweet treat for any time of the day, either for breakfast, snack or dessert ! It's super easy and quick to prepare. All you need is one bowl and a few simple ingredients!
2 ½ mashed bananas or three small mashed bananas
250 g flour
120 ml plant-based milk of your choice
80 ml coconut oil
50 g unsweetened raw cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
80 g happy maple syrup, goût robuste
Optional: add pecans, chocolate chips or walnuts …
Mix all the ingredients, pour them into a greased baking tin and put the cake in the oven at 180 °C for 50 minutes. The banana bread will be fluffiest if you put the milk, oil and bananas in the blender and mix them well, and then add the dry ingredients.
Little extra: Top your slice with ice cream or with extra peanut butter !
