Pecan Pie

  • 120g of pecans

  • 2 tbsp of happy maple, goût robuste

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Coat the pecans in cinnamon and maple syrup then toast for 10 minutes in the oven at 180 ° C

Assembly

Spread the cream on the bottom of the cake to sprinkle the top with the toasted pecans.
