One-Bowl Sweet & Salty Noodles

Vegan Asian-Inspired Sweet, Spicy, & Saucy Noodles with a perfect taste! And you'll only need more or less 15 minutes to prepare this bowl.

For 2 people


  • 200g noodles

  • asparagus

  • Handful snap peas

  • Radish (pickled or regular)

  • Coriander


  • 50g soy sauce or tamari

  • 30g maple syrup, goût riche

  • 30g ginger juice

  • Juice from 1 Lime

  • Chili flakes


  1. Cook noodles as instructed in the packaging.

  2. Strain, then add noodles to a bowl

  3. Add the sauce ingredients straight to the noodles

  4. Combine well with a fork or chopsticks

  5. Top with roasted asparagus, steamed snap peas, radish or chili flakes and enjoy.

This dish can be enjoyed warm or cold as a salad!
