Vegan Asian-Inspired Sweet, Spicy, & Saucy Noodles with a perfect taste! And you'll only need more or less 15 minutes to prepare this bowl.
For 2 people
Handful snap peas
Radish (pickled or regular)
50g soy sauce or tamari
30g maple syrup, goût riche
30g ginger juice
Juice from 1 Lime
Cook noodles as instructed in the packaging.
Strain, then add noodles to a bowl
Add the sauce ingredients straight to the noodles
Combine well with a fork or chopsticks
Top with roasted asparagus, steamed snap peas, radish or chili flakes and enjoy.
This dish can be enjoyed warm or cold as a salad!
