These cookies are phenomenal: soft inside with a delicious peanut butter and happy maple taste.
Ingredients
55 gr butter
100 gr peanut butter
90 gr brown
100 gr happy maple
1 package of vanilla sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon of milk
165 gr flour
0,5 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
0,5 teaspoon salt
225 gr dark chopped chocolate
Preparation
Mix flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt. Put aside
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Mix the butter and peanut butter
Add white sugar, maple syrup, milk and egg. Stir well
Add the flour mixture and stir
Add the chopped chocolate
Place the dough on the baking paper (You can make around 8-10 cookies)
Back about 15 minutes and let cool down.
