This easy, simple, and delicious matcha chia pudding is packed with natural energy, fibre, and healthy fats, and it is vegan and gluten free. Chia seeds are one of the most nutritious foods on the planet. They’re loaded with fiber, protein, omega-3 fatty acids and various micronutrients. A perfect healthy breakfast or snack idea!
1 tsp Bio Matcha Powder
375 ml plant-based milk
1 tbsp happy maple, goût délicat
6 tbsp chia seeds
In a bowl, mix the matcha powder with the milk and whisk until smooth and not clumped.
Add the chia seeds and the maple syrup. Stir to combine, making sure there are no clumps of chia seeds. Place it the fridge for 2 hours or overnight to set.
Top with fresh fruit, granola and/or nuts.
