Easy and quick to make, enjoy this dessert on its own or with a spoonful of yogurt, or for those with a sweet tooth, a good scoop of ice cream!
Ingredients for 4 ramekins
3 bio apples
Juice of an organic lemon
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 tbsp Happy Maple, Goût Robuste
For the crumble
100g ground almonds
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp almond puree
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Cut the apples
Place them in a bowl, add the lemon juice and maple syrup. Mix and then distribute them at the bottom of the ramekins. Bake for 15 minutes.
Prepare the crumble by mixing all the ingredients with your fingertips.
Distribute over the apples. Lower the oven temperature to 100 °C then leave to brown for 15 minutes.
Enjoy warm or cold!
