Vegan Maple Coconut Pralinés

Ingredients

  • 2 Tsp coconut oil

  • 4 Tsp coconut spread

  • 1 Tsp nut butter of your choice (we used almond butter)

  • 4 Tsp Happy Maple, goût Délicat

  • Some vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Mix all together and let melt in a bowl over boiling water.

  2. Stir well until all ingredients are combined.

  3. Let cool down for 3-4 hours in the fridge.

  4. Form little balls and press a whole almond inside of each. One ball should correspond to a good teaspoon of your dough.

  5. Makes about 10 pralinés.

  6. Roll the pralinés in coconut flakes.
